Leyphaen's T12 Bluebird

Post by Leyphaen »

Name: Leif
Location: Vaasa, Finland
Year/ Model: 1990 Nissan Bluebird 2.0 SLX (T12)
Colour: Silver/grey
Period of ownership: Since 2007

Performance: Presumably like a stock one. 0-100 ~ 11 seconds.

Engine Mods: CA20S - CA20E Conversion

Interior Mods: none except the aftermarket vacuum meter and some blue lights

Exterior Mods: 14" rims (summer), the little spoiler on the back and the dual chromed pipes. Changed the front mask to the older version. Didn't like the face-lift mask.

Other:
* My webpage: Leyphaen's Nissan T12 (more pics and info about my car)
* My youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/leyphaen (videos of my car.)

Wheels: Yokohama a-drive tires on 14" rims.

Future Plans: To fix the bodywork, get rid of the rust. Maybe some larger rims. (15"-16")

My mate used to have a 3T-GTEU?, we used to mess with the young wannabies by telling them it was Toyota's last straight 8 production engine

Do you do the same with the CA20?

Hahaha  Not exactly but once I told someone that it is a 7½ cylinder straight V8 :D He went for it first but after a couple of minutes he realized I was bullshitting him :D

Clutch Replaced!

Post by Leyphaen »

Hey guys and sorry for the delayed update. I've been ill and after recovering I have been very busy with my studies to make up for the time lost...

Anyways: We got the clutch replaced with zero problems. Here are some pics of the old clutch :)

Well, the whole clutch package was about 130€, I think. This was a while ago so I'm not sure about the exact numbers.
