LOL. i'm used to 25pound of RB30ET but that still doesn't put me off the little FF N12. they may be a bit lacking power wise and front wheel drive but they are still great fun to drive. sheesh.

hey everyone. i need a bit of an advice here. it seems that my car on a initial start up when the engine is called. i seem to be blow smoke. after a few minutes of warming the car up the smoke is gone. not sure whether its valve seals, piston rings or turbo seal. its only started doing it now since ive put the car back together. any suggestion could it be?

If you think it's better not to make a huge advertisement of the tiniest trace of oil, then yeah.

You might think it's a tiresome distinction to make between matt and satin, but I tell you what, you better ask for the right one in the paint shop.

Yeah, I guess so. Hadn't thought about that. I guess this is one of these days when I'm pissed at everything and I write before I think...

Progress so far

Post by japcrap »

haven't touched the car for a while but since ill be moving out to a another venue I decided that I needed to finish this car off. got a fresh new engine on it and did a lot off tidying up of the pipings. I decided to paint the engine bay with Subframe black as well as the ic pipings.

Image

i also bought a fair bit of parts which i will mention when the car is finish. this is my exhaust outlet for my external wastegate which exits at the side of the car.

i will update you further when i nearly finish my project

hey everyone, been absent for a while due to work commitments. my ET is still sitting in the garage collecting dust, just gota find time to check all my wiring connections. on the other hand my daily car ( Peugeot 206rc) was dying on me so I was forced to trade The Frog in.
i ended up taking this home:

Mazda 3 MPS S2

I was hoping not to modify it since its a daily but ended up changing the BOV and removing the 2nd cat out
