Hey this is my Langa

Post by sktnz »

Name: Stu
Location: Wellington, NZ
Year/ Model: 1984 Nissan Langley Turbo GT
Colour: Matte black
Period of ownership: 21 months
Performance: Stock
Engine Mods: Stock
Interior Mods: Stock
Exterior Mods: New Paint
Wheels: Stock
Future Plans: Gloss the bottom and add vinyls for now
Pics:
Here is what it looked like when I got it. It had a few dings, some rough panel patches that ruined symmetry :/

Out of the garage with fresh paint

And what it looks like now

And the plan to gloss the bottom half like in the original and leave the top half matte. Plus the orange and white vinyl to match the other logos on the car.

Also here is a pic of the dash that everyone notices first.

It still has an annoying engine stutter that I haven't been able to solve yet, but otehr than that, it is a fun little car.
Cheers for looking!

Yeah it is a bit closer a satin finish, but most people tend to say it is matte.

Thanks for all the positive comments, I should be doing the gloss bottom half and the vinyl soon if everything goes to plan.

and yeah I think the trees were a give away for NZ :U
