ETKING's 85 ET
no track work no, but very much want to do this in the future. It is now my 2nd car so i dont have to rely on it as my daily now. Still have a bit of work to do to finish it off, but i dont think ill ever sell it so plenty of time to work on it (once i acquire a garage!)

Hmmm do they normally cut through where the rear passenger gets in the door? I thought id seen at least one setup that cut through the rear parcel shelf supports, so basically it would mount near the shock tower
yeah its a struggle for rear passengers to get in but thats pretty rare!

There are plenty of places in WA that will do it for you. You just gotta choose dodgy or done right for track use

picked up a few goodies from my mate that stripped his ET (CRAZY ET) - scored a sunroof, a nice 3" exhaust, and a momo steering wheel ... installed the momo wheel today
now just have to organise some time with E to stick the exhaust on before he snavels it!
Also have a few snaps from last weekend pulling my mates car apart, sad that the parts were worth more than the whole ...
check out the old dude in the background of the last pic

EXHAUST UPDATE
so today i ventured down to E's to replace my 2.5" exhaust system with the 3" off the cyber ET. First of all we lost the 2nd muffler and took out the old system. Then test fitted the 3" system and it was obvious that E's neat patch job were we removed the 2nd muffler was wasted as we had to cut that piece out to change the angle of the muffler. So we did that and with Evans Wizard Bracketry we were all done
anyway a few pics...
old system coming out
old system out
test fitting the new system - getting E to do some work
E's welding services
new system on - 5 inch tip is a bit hooligan but meh it'll do for now
pics dont do the 5 inch hooligan tip justice but ill grab some more on another day!
Thanks to E for helping me out and Mrs E for the baked beans toasted sangers!
