ok hi from me officially.my name is martin and i'm from bulgaria.
age-20
working in nissan,renault service-station
everyday car-vw golf 2

and this is the moment when the n12turbo came--my feature weekend FAST car

from next pics you will see how badly the previous, owner trat about this car.you will see the incompetent, weld and pipes also and torn hoses.

there it is my friend 01.01.1986 n12turbo :lol:

this is watercooled IHI vl39 turbo from fiat(i don't no punto or uno)

so wish me luck
and i wont to warn you a few things
1-this will be a long time project
2-this will be a low cost project
3-i will ask you many ,many questions

i've just disassemble my turbo and take it to pieces.it look good but is dirty.so i'll clean it up and prepare it for use later.
i'll post pics later

how much is original boost of e15et engine in psi?

because this IHI turbo open westgate in 10-10.5 psi

If your motor's okay, it should be pretty perky with 10PSI ; )

perky....ok but what about ecu is there a problem with higgher boost and same ecu?what about fuel and ignition timing.
or the question is -is the standart ecu allow higher boost then 7psi

ok for last few days i make some things about my n12 .i've change the place of radiator just a litlle bit in front because the turbo was to close to radiator.i make a new flange for turbo.
i'll post pics later.

yesterday i replace the head of engine.head look ok and the engine too doesn't have big play between pistons and cylinder.interesting for me was that camshaft have too big overlap between phases .the head gasket was some cheaper shit.
