One thing i think you need as a bonnet support on the side opposed to the front.

yeah but then you get the front left corner of the bonnet (looking at it from the front) sagging when up, due to the extra weight of the exa bonnet.

how about some gas struts, that would look nice

in all honesty dude these cars are shit but they have so much character, are fun and go fairly well when running right. we still play around with these things because they are a fun addictive little shitbox! :D - Ash

I'm not keen on the Lego colours myself...

But I guess if it was painted how I'd like it, most of that hard work would be hiding.

That is an awesome job.

I haven't seen one done to that level of detail ever - the man hours involved must be immense.

Good on you for doing something properly - I wish I was half as through as you....... Maybe then I would have something decent to show for it! :)
