Thanks E,
I would have thought you would have hated it,
I am really inspired to do it, the last few months, I sort of had a break (OK, lack of money type of break).
But now, I'll have those guards on by the end of the month. I hope.

I was hoping to pipe the cold air from there. lots of work.

you'll hit the top of the engine..

i reckon it would be even better if it was standard bumpers and bonnet with crazy pumped guards, sitting really low with wide dished rims with a crazy offset.

two tone too... that would look awesome

oh and chrome fender mirrors!

Baaaahahahahah, I do!
But it is its very hideousness is what makes it so attractive! Hard to explain really!
A while back, i sold for a M8 an older Formula Vee race car. It was dressed in the most butt-ugly aluminium bodywork i think I have ever seen but the beauty of the car was its pure horridness to look at!!!!
I nearly bought that car!

But dont give up on it m8 thats for sure!! If you cop any heat or negative crap for doing your project then they can get fucked in advance from me!

Feel free to cut and paste that last paragraph!!!! LMAO

your right, there iis heaps more clearance on the prairie than the et. I am prety sure it wont be a problem, but when the turbo motor goes in, with the stanard plenum, I'm not sure if it is higher than the standard, carby unit. It would be a nightmere to do all the work, then after I try to drop the turbo motor in, it hits, Will have to do some carefull measuring.

E, thats exactly the way I feel.
she is ugly, and in that, there is a strange beauty in her.
I always said, I want to make this ugly car into something that looks sweet.

the carby filter housing sits higher than an e15et plenium...
i had to modify my filter housing to fit a strut brace that bolts straight on a turbo n12 :)

So it’s been a few weeks and I have done nothing, damn weather (and me being lazy)
I have started working on it again.
Hopefully have the guards and spoilers fitted up in the next few weekends.

A bit of a trial fit.

PMSL : D

Seems a bit like a pity fuck : p

I reckon the bonnet's worth doing; it looks the tits in your photochop.
