Sounds like 5 pretty good reasons to me!
Yeah, I felt compelled to leave mine on till I'd fucked the tyres...

Hated every second though

in all honesty dude these cars are shit but they have so much character, are fun and go fairly well when running right. we still play around with these things because they are a fun addictive little shitbox! :D - Ash

I found some time yesterday to do some work to the car.
I fitted a new pair fo front lower control arm with nolathane bushes. I had them sand blasted & painted gloss 2pack at trade school the other week. I also fitted a Whiteline 24mm sway bar. Pedders fitted 12mm camber bolts too. I also put on an ET rear sway bar.

All this was done so I could fit my new rims & 195/50R15 Yokohama
S-drive tyres.

Next thing to do will be an ET disc brake rear conversion.... Stay tuned.

Android, I dunno if the rims are 3 piece. All I know is that they're Japanese.

As stated in another thread, http://forum.n12turbo.com/viewtopic.php?t=6298, my timing belt tensioner went last week. So, last saturday was spent fitting a timing belt kit.

Result, no compression.

So, this w/end will be spent starting on the turbo conversion.

Progress has been a little slow.

Started work on rear disc conversion, then found all the seam sealer in the rear wheel arches falling out. Tube of seam sealer & some brush on sound deadener were applied. Just waiting on the cash so I can get braided brake hoses.
ET fuel tank fitted too.

Today I ripped out the N/A engine.

Here's a few pix of the turbo engine.

Looking at that head, i would say its a Jap domestic head. Whats the part number cast into the front left next to the head bolt? Also, the number cast into the cam vally?
