Yeah Ash is correct, we are still using the same turbo. Basically if it had of sold we would have bought a bigger one but it didn`t so we will see how this one goes.

A bit of the setup is still the same as it used to be. The Plenum is the same, still using RX7 550cc injectors and a RB30 Throttle body.

Some of the parts are
-Bosch 044 fuel pump and 5 litre fuel tank which is under the front guard
-PSR 45mm wastegate
-Microtech LT-10s with X4 ignitor firing 4 seperate coils
-Aeromotive fuel pressure reg
-Bump, rebound and adjustable perch height coil overs using koni inserts
-Nolathane engine mounts
-Back half chromoly cage, but it will be extended to a full cage soon
-Radiator from a car at pickapart (Ben cut the tanks off and made new ones to suit)
- Same 4 puck clutch
-PPG Straight cut Dog engagement gearset using a full spool that we made
-We made the Inner CV`s and Driveshafts
-New Intercooler
-Dump pipes and front half Rad support

As stated the engine is stardard and we are not sure of its history so we will try it and see how it goes.

The new engine has a few more goodies but we will try get in the ball park with the suspension with this engine and once the car is running straight then put the new one in.

Cheers

Haha, You are a stirrer Ash.
The turbo is a 400 or 440hp GT series turbo(dont have the invoice with me at the moment). I dont know the part number cause all we did was went to our supplier, told them what we wanted to end up with.

At the time the car was built for street and drag use.
If I had of known the car would have ended up as a dedicated drag car we would have chosen a little differently.

Hi all, we have been doing a bit more work on the car lately. We got some Dry ice for it on the weekend and stuffed the cooler full. Pretty funny, damn it gets cold.
We are about 2 weeks off the dyno (we could run now but wanna get the fron of the cage finished first).

We are pretty excited to get it on the rollers. Anyway here are some pics

Cheers

Woah, if THAT doesn't cool the air enough, what does?

Great work! Maybe we'll see some 10's and 9's on the strip soon?

in all honesty dude these cars are shit but they have so much character, are fun and go fairly well when running right. we still play around with these things because they are a fun addictive little shitbox! :D - Ash
