WD40 or CRC and careful tapping with a hammer will do it. The best penetrating fluid by far is Inox.

managed to get the housings rotated today.
i needed to coerce the core away from the exhaust housing with a plastic mallet. just seized up as it turned easy once a few mm apart
now need new actuator setup as the oil drain interferes with my old one from the t25. i could make it work by redrilling new mounts in comp cover but then it hits the block and the manifold wont go on. so anyone got a t25g wastegate actuator?

I understand the need for conformity. Without a concise set of rules to follow we would probably all have to resort to common sense.
ok so i haven't touched the et in months! the turbo is in pieces and i'm thinking i'll match the smaller t25 exhaust housing to the new t25g i am putting on.
gonna do a test fit of everything cause i get the feeling the new radiator filler neck will interfere with the cooler piping which i might have to run under the car and rotate the comp cover pointing down.
also need to get a battery charger
she'll be up for sale when running again, rego till 24th october. if doesnt sell i will part it out
