in all honesty dude these cars are shit but they have so much character, are fun and go fairly well when running right. we still play around with these things because they are a fun addictive little shitbox! :D - Ash

Karl
Ive been running with the EGI manifold for a week or two now.
really happy with it but it does feel a bit strange (at first) with the 2bbl progressive TB.
Softens the throttle response off a lot at low throttle openings and makes the car so easy to tool around and stooge thru traffic. Even with my hot head and cam combo.

You do tend to notice what feels like a "flat spot" at around 30% throttle until the second butterfly cracks and then away it goes!!!!!

No biggies and you get very used to it quickly!

Sammys car which has now been sold to campbell is a good example of good mods to produce decent power.

all the basics bigger turbo exhaust intercooler stage 2 cam with a microtech running 12 psi making 137kw running lean.
with some injector i think 145 - 150 on 12 psi is achievble

what engine management are you running greeky man.

i aiming for around 120-130 kw, but i'm more concerned about outright driveability and how safe it is, i dont beleive in having 200kw if its only good about 5500 rpm, id rathar have 120 of good drivable power that is on a concervative 12psi ish that isnt running within an inch of its life.

hello mate
as evan says before...im runing ems stnger-gt2560 new hydrid to spooll faster and give the max power not at 1,5 bar but in 1,2 around...vl throtlle body big intercooler good and big exhaust ca 18det injectors wade 2- stage cam...mrd exhaust manifold and many more..i hope that help to have an idea about my car...any way im totaly agree with you mate the point is driveability and not only power but i done my best for that lot's of cheese spent for that and now is power time im not crazy with the power cause i will run around 10 psi max this car ..what is your daily pressure mate??and what car you can go after with this kind of power you have scary any way but i love your blue et maybe cause mine is blue too!!!! :P :P :P

cheers
