just showing people how easy it is to fit a 600X300X76 cooler to a n12
im using 2" piping as well
i used 4 pieces of silicon hose for my set up but some people might do it diffrently. i used 1x2" for the turbo to piping, 2x3" hose for the ends of the intercooler and 1x2.75" hose for the throttel body
first of all u can change your stock thremo fans to slimmer ones. ( not all that expensive about $56 EACH supercheap)
but if your dont u will have to chop your front bar up shit loads and the fuzz dosent like that. after you have got new fans and choped out the nessary parts of your front bar and a little bit of you grill u have to mount the cooler
i used 3" long bolts and drilled the hole way threw the cassis ( watch out for the wire loom bahind it) and put big washers and nuts on the other end
after that u will have to cut the holes in the guards and in the front of the guards like so
after u have cut the holes in the guards in the right spots and the cooler mounted its time for the piping. its not as hard as some people think it is. just cut the pipe and bends to your desired length and cut. NOTE: stainless in a hard metal. using a drop saw makes like so much easyer
and rember to measure twice cut once
i used cardoard pipe to make up some of the test pieces cause its a lot cheaper and i had it lying around the house
this is also were i mounted my GFB mach1. good luck to pics finding this one lol
and it should look some thing like this when your done
first get about 1.5-2m of straight stainless steel pipe and 6 90o bends. u can use 8 90o bends but im using molded rubber hose for when it goes threw the guard in stead of stainles. i also got metal reducers that were $13 each. in stead of buying the reducer hose witch is about $40 N12Turbo.com lanyards are now available!
