Hey Damo, never mind the wife, line her up on a shopping trip that day and stay the night so you can go. I simply HAVE to see the car on the strip so tell her I said YES......

Do you mind e-mailing me the vids if your internet allows for it?
renegade@n12turbo.com

That'd be cool mate.

Talk soon, I'll be in touch with a date for my visit.

P.S. - the mobile you were txting me from - is it a new number, or do you have a non-work phone?

REE,
Nothing sinister, just doesn't seem to work.

Glen,
I think I 'may' have had a small victory. Missus got rolling drunk last night with a friend, got home after 3, I was still up as the F1 qualifying was on. Panded to her drunken needs (not in that way!) , got her water and panadol ect ect, and hit her with the keeping the car lines.
<fingers crossed>

I'll mail you the vids tonight.

Yea, the phone I was using is a work No#.

Approx how far down the track are you comming? I may have blown a H/G with the missing altenator belt and overheating. Gotta fix that before you come down. And this time YOU ARE TAKING IT FOR A DRIVE!!!!

Phils Carolla

Enjoy

Oh it lifts! Probably a good 2-3 inches and carries it for a short time. I have the vids, trying to send pass them on is proving a pain though.

Here is a shot of the ET.

Hey Damo - God that rolla makes it look effortless doesn't it?

ET looks at home on the track too! The mail you sent me didn't work.....

Good news about the car ..... just keep nagging at her! It'll all come good! LoL

Looks like I'm coming down on the 3rd of Aug for a week! Happy days!

The shot of the ET looks pretty cool. The best one of the car at the track I have seen. I was thinking of putting on some cheeze cutters on the rear, but it looks shite in photo's.

Sadly, it does look like I will have to part with the car though :(

But not before I change the HG and get some incar footage.

Glen,
My Email is so slow with atachments, mega frustrating.

Ryan, The only good thing about Capri's are the Clubbys wheels.

Managed to get a vid of the ET against the Skyline on the tube, unfortunatly in the far lane.

Pic of some 1J smoke :D

Also, have a good look at the Red makiinen Celica (Canberra plates) sports a 1UF twin turbo + supercharged. 350kw at the bags.

And the blue Supra with the Gold rims pushes 400+

yeah the link doesn't work. Just go back to the homepage and find the 16/07/08 drag photos and there are a couple in there. Just go through all the pages you'll eventually find a photo.
