disapointed i had to read that you guys had a shit turn out. Was looking foward to reading and seeing some pics and what happened on the day. The hardest part is getting everyone together this time of year, and you will always get the people that will say yes then drop out at the last minute some just because they like to cause drama and others through no fault of there own. But yeah hats of for trying to organise it ET 4 EVA hopefuly u try it again.

There was offically only 2 weeks notice for the cruise, so it's to be expected that not many people turned up, especially at this time of year.

Anyways... I didn't make it to the first meet-up point, due to a big night beforehand lol. So I just made my way directly to Jolly's Lookout for some recovery time. While waiting for ratty and mav I took a couple pics of my car.

After about 30 or 40 minutes they turned up. So we had a bit of a chat and then continued driving up the mountain and then down the other side. We ended up pulling into a carpark and talked crap till about 1.30pm.

Even though it was only the 3 cars, I still had a good time. Once the festive season has passed, there will be another cruise organised early next year. We could just hit Willowbank up again, thats always a bit of fun. Unless someone want's to suggest something else?

I have some time off over xmas (1st time in 4 years I've had time off..... ) so I'm gonna bust my balls to get the Exa up to running spec.
Then I'll make the trip up there and I'll make sure I drag Angel and Chubbi along at the very least.

Shame it was a low turnout guys.

It's unfortune that bigger distance cruises like that don't suit most N12 Turbo's.. Seems most are only interested in a 'cruise' to the local mcdonalds for a thickshake and chat......

As much of a great trip it is/would be, those kinda of distances probably scare most N12 owners... (Fuel money/reliability)...

I remember the cruise I organised back 5 odd years ago, from Logan BP to Gold Coast's broadwater.. Was a big turnout, (n12's or not).. I hope you guys can get a turnout like that for the next one.

Cheers
Dave
