lol, yeah i'm keen to know a bit more: i just fitted general pads to my car. that drive looks quite the hike, dunno if the fuel would even last if we're 'driving' it. still keen but, gotta get my reco alternator back in and proper fix a few patch jobs
I understand the need for conformity. Without a concise set of rules to follow we would probably all have to resort to common sense.

I went through whereis.com and got some figures.

Mitchelton - Mt Glorious 31km - 31 mins
Mt Glorious - Kilcoy 74km - 60 mins
Kilcoy - Mount Mee 39 km - 37 mins
Mt Mee - Mitchelton 62 km - 54 mins

Totalling 200~km and 3~hours worth of driving.

those time figures look as though they are travelled at 100km/h lol

thats doesnt take into account of the windy hills, steep decents, pit stops blah blah lol so lets just say they r averages hehe but the distance would be about right 8)

just remember to brind handhelp uff radios so if there any probs with cars etc we can let each other know so we can hold up hehe ill have my tait2020 in my car by then so ill have 2 spare handhelds if anybody need to borrow, 1 radio/car will be enough
and of course cameras...must have cameras :P
someone needs to bring cricket bat n tennis ball
bring drinks for the rtoad between stops as the onlt shops we stop at are the servo at the beginning and the shops at kilcoy where we buy sausages n stuff for lunch so they r fresh and not half baked in the car already :?

as ive said times before, make sure u give ur car a bit of a service at least a week before the run esp coolant and brake fluid as they will be used a lot in the 1st half of the run when we tackle mt nebo/glorious, esp coming down the otherside of glorious its very steep and windy so is done safely at about 30-40km/h at the best of times usually in 2nd/3rd gear hehe
oh and dont forget to give it a wash the day before, we r on public display so we dont wanna look like the rat pack gemini club noe do we lol

I would love to be there, but it will depend on whether my car will be back on the road by then. Getting some major upgrade work done on it at the moment.

Doing a CA18DET engine conversion with Exedy HD clutch, Microtech LT10s, coil packs & bleed valve. Maybe a Malpassi fuel reg & some other things being considered also.

See how it goes & hope to be able to make it.

yeah itll be a sunday for the cruise

but atm no date is set as i keep hitting massive road blocks on the repairs to my car before i can get it on the road...delays on parts arriving, my rwc mechanic changing his phone number, trouble getting the right material from china blah blah blah lol

plus also trying to get a new aparement im all over the place atm hehehe

so need some help here....DOES ANYBODY KNOW A MOBILE MECHANCI WHO CAN DO A RWC while overlooking the fatc that the interior isnt fully complete....apart from the interior everything is perfect, mechanically, bodywise is all 100% just missing a cpl bits of the interior rear seat hinges, door handles, window winders, horn wire through column after boss kit was put on(can anybody help me rewire that?), and waiting for me to get material so i can remake the door trims....... apart from that just need s brakles bled and new indicator bulbs to be put in when i got time and its all set
