Anyone In Adelaide Engine Change Knowledge

hey guys,
just wandering if there is any one in adelaide that has some experience with FWD engine Changes, im currently replacing the SR20de in my N14, haivng alot of trouble with it everything is unplugged bolted, just needs to be removed, seems to be getting stuck half way.

any one that could lend an hour or two it would be ever soo much appreciated, im in Mawson Lakes

:? what do u mean? is it lifting up straight? is everything on gearbox unbolted?
im just up in surrey downs if i can find the time (and some wheels lol ) i could probly help :D

i believe it is lifting straight the gearbox is unbolted and pryed off the engine aprox 15mm, really getting on my nerves :(

as it does man ul need to pry the gearbox off more than that

as the engine is being raised i am prying the gearbox off aswell, the gearbox as all been unbolted off the engine and the engine mounts have been done also

the box is still mounted in the car, so im not sure ive un-done everything that connects the engine to the gearbox

There's ya problem. It's much easier to leave them as one and take the CV's off. The only way this would be more work, is if you are lifting it out tied to your nads.... ;)
