i have messages that sit in the outbox, sometimes for half a day. means the recipient still hasn't got it yeah?

The way I thought it worked was that it stayed in your Outbox untill the other member read it, then it was moved to sent items.

I could be wrong though.

To try my theory out, send me a PM Ben. I won't view it, but I'll post here when I get that New Message link.. you can check if it's in your Outbox or Sent Items. So that I know you've checked it post something here, I'll then read it and you can check again. hahaha.

Shane might know the actuall answer.

Pretty sure you have it.

It stays in the out box to show you have sent it but the recipient hasn't yet opened it.
Once opened it goes to sent.
Probably "Outbox" and "Sent" are not the right terms to use.

i've tried what uschi mentioned, so we'll know for sure soon.

its actually a pretty good method, as you know if the recipient has read it or not.

Ok, I've read the message now. It would have moved to your sentbox now ben, proving my theory lol.

Ben H, I dunno what the story is with your one, it's special.
