New parts available in Oz for the local Oz n12 pulsar?

Post by WACKO »

I'm contemplating restoring the Langley turbo i have.
now it looks to me like it has the same lights etc as the local oz pulsar.
I'm after things like indicators and bumpers and panels.
does anyone know if they are available new in oz? also if they are hugely expensive or relatively reasonable?

heres a pic of it...

thanks guys, Sam

Hey mate. Those lights are the same as the GL series n12, the GX and the turbo have the same head and tail lights. eBay is your best bet unless you talk to some local members on the FB group for N12's.

If you want to put on the ET head lights and bumpers, it's pretty much a straight swap as I have done that on my GL. The tail lights will need some more room cut in the boot to fit, the front bumper is a bit of a squeeze on the gl style re-enforcement bar, but other than that bob's your aunt.

Just a correction.
The ET shares the square lights and so-on with the GL.
The GX is just a rebadged Langley and uses the twin headlights, a different rear light setup along with the different center garnish and bumpers.
Having said that, there are numerous GL's around with Langley front lights.

Your best bet is to get in touch with a local panelbeater. They seem to be able to tap into the aftermarket and NOS parts market easily.
