Hi all. I have a knock when I brake or accelerate on the drivers side. I've checked all engine mounts and stabiliser and steering clamps. I recently replaced my from struts as well. The last thing I checked was the CV. I noticed Thees a fair bit of play side to side as you can see in this video. Is this normal?? My other CV has no play at all. Could this be the source of my knock?? Better to just replace the CV??

Sure its not just a loose hub bolt? Maybe the split pin was missing or something

Checked that, definately not. The play is between the 2 boots

Can anyone confirm with me, their Drivers side CV doesn't have that much play?
