I have a engine block that is 0,50 (mm) oversize + pistons to fit (0,50mm is about 20 thousands of an inch, or close enough).

are oversize piston rings avalaible in your region, they're almost impossible to find in europe.

Anywhere which sells the oversize pistons should have them.
This isn't an issue in Australia.
