Hi guys want to know of this can be easily done without ruining the rubber strip. Need to remove it to get to the panel where my wipers are to remove sum rust. Can I just pull it out and put it back in place with silicone afterwards?

yeah mate comes out easy (unless someone has siliconed it). if its shot you can buy new stuff cheap as, just cut to length.
