removing rear side window

Hi guys, im a bit stuck... just wondering what the procedure is to removing the rear side window (the main one that winds down). The front ones came out much easier.

Whats happened is the glue has just dried out and turned into rubber. so i need to remove the window so i can glue the plastic tabs back on to it.

its alright i managed to get it out eventually. Found a screw that was under the seal to remove the bar that sits in the middle. Then pulled the small window out and then it was good to go
