Hey guy, any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.
I changed my spark plugs on the ET, I gapped them to .6
The ones that were in, I didn't gap just put them in.
Anyways after replacing them, I turned the car on and everything was. Road test it and it pops now more then what it did. Anyways me and my mate went for a little cruise. During the drive, every time I pull up at the lights the car would sort of struggle as thought its got a cam? The oil light would start flashing.. While cruising you can't sort of drive it under 2000rpm? But if you were to flat stick it, everything is fine.
Any suggestens ? Maybe just gap them again, maybe .8?

Gap them to whatever is quoted stock.
Secondly, your idle mixture is too lean.
Before you go getting funky with the idle mixture, go right thru the entire inlet system looking for ANY possible leaks between the AFM to the log. ALL pipes, hoses and joints.
Preferrably, pressurise the system and doo a proper boost check.
Carefully check that accordion pipe between the AFM and the log (if still fitted. (They are notorious for cracking and you cant easily see when fitted)
Otherwise turn the idle mixture screw on the AFM clockwise until the engine idles happily when warmed up.

You have a vacuum leak. Go back over the piping you disconnected to change the plugs.

Looking at that pic of your engine bay, I don't see how it is physically possible to get #4 plug out without pulling apart your inlet plumbing. IMHO, you have fixed the leak that was causing the miss.SLOW_ET wrote:Hey guys here's the link for the photo of the engine. Also a gaped the plugs to .7 and it's running smoothly
