hey all

I know that i am in desperate need of a tune. but i was wondering what kind of mileage people are getting out of there ET's

Mine is 15m jap spec engine and throttle body
big exhaust all the way through (3 or 3 1/2)
T25G turbo
Front mount
12 psi
surge tank and external pump, unsure of type
Microtech MT-8 cpu

if any one has similiar mods can you please tell me what type of mileage you are getting as i am currently getting 250k's ABSOLUTE MAX out of a full tank of 98

About 400/420 on a crap road tune i did myself.

i caught up with dexi_styles the other week, before i was on the road. great guy, helped me out a fair bit

im on the road now, just got brand new radiator put in today. doesnt go past 65c lol.

but if you are free on the weekend, i am more then happy to catch up dude

There is NO reason that anyone should be getting less than 400ks to a tank of juice! It will only come from shitty tune or a stock engine that needs a tune big time, or a big issue with something.

the car is currently set up and tuned for track work.

so i imagine that it was not in mind to keep it economical

Truthfully, I'm still running on Damo's tune cause I didn't learn a damn thing, LT10s and his fingers are all over the keyboard like a priest at choir practice. I have the LT10s, t25g, 550 injectors, intercooler bullshit bullshit bullshit and I get a bit over 400k's a tank so long as I behave. Very knowledgeable chap that Damo. Great bloke to have around. Miss him.

thanks man, apart from the injectors, which i think mine are stock, we got same setup. I am taking the girl for a tune on friday at P.I.T.S in molendinar. Matt Spry is one of the best in the business so i am hoping he can do some good for me.

i recently got my new intercooler which will get mounted up soon, i will put pics up later. and i blew out my gasket between exhaust manifold and turbo so it sounds like a tractor. im hoping i can still get a decent tune with the blown gasket. i cant replace it till the weekend. will keep you posted

if it is the manifold to turbo gasket you wont make any boost it it becomes bad enough.......
