Warped head, blocked injector, wrong igniting timing.

The head might be straight, but is the block?

Don't assume engine builders check it either. They cut costs or have 3 different operators doing one engine.

What do plugs look like? Is it running lean?

Does it blow after a hard run? Or after freeway run low load?

What is your ignition map like? If you are using a standard computer, then what is the base timing set at?

Nothing!
I fixed the bastard!

Mav, Without seeing the actual gaskets its nigh on impossible to diagnose. If its blowing between cylinder then its almost certainly grenading which points to mixtures, ignition settings or both.
