Do an ECU diagnostics, it should show up any sensor errors or malfunctions. What did you do to it 3 weeks ago? Sounds like a vac leak post throtal body.

Ahhhh .....sorry in advance M8 but the leak will be at one of the joints you undid and did back up again.
Now, before Im accused of being an unhelpful arsehole, (you listening dinwoodless....sry I digress) we could only begin to guess which actual joint is leaking and I spose if we guess enough times the culprit will reveal itself.

So, off you go, go back over every pipe and hose you removed and redo them all one by one.
A leak that bad will be audible anyway.
What hoses did you modify or change?

Initiative is whats needed here.
