intercooler and boost problems

hey guys i have a slight problem i just installed a big front mount intercooler on my et neally the same size as the radiator

but now when i boost it only boost 4-5 psi in all gears does anyone know why that might happen is this normal.cheers thanks heaps

make sure u check every clamp n rubber joiners.. did u fix the air leak?

have checked all pipes so shouldnt be any air leaks was boosting fine before intercooler .could there be somthing wrong with cooler

fixed problem boosting about 6 psi now with big front mount .one of the pipes had a leak in it cheers for your help
