IS A T03 OVERKILL FOR A N12

There are a lot of t03 combinations and yes it will suck big time. They aren't very good turbo's really. Whats it off?? An rb30? It would work but a t25 or t28 would be much better. Also the flanges are different so you'll need a custom manifold and a new dump pipe.

Indeed. Its not a good turbo for our car. They are old technology and should be avoided if possible. It would lag hard and be hard to drive on the streets. The flanges will give you the most trouble, as it was just said you will need either an adapter from out t2 flange to the t3 flange shape.

Look for a T28. It will give you all the top end you want, with 1/2 the lag of the T03

I have a To3 on my FJ20 and its a slow spooling and laggy shitter even on the engine it was specced for.
