sunroof rubber from exa model's

hello my friend's again

i have a small prob with my b11 nissan sunroof...the rubber aroound the glass of my sunroof is cutten so need replace..my roof is exactly the same with that the exa's have and the question is...can i replace the rubber around the glass of my sunroof or i have to buy it with the glass fix together???can i find it in nissan dealers in aus or worst case scenario can i find it at whreckers???thanks for your help guy's
