sluggish and surging

i have a 84 et and it feels sluggish when comeing on to bost and when i excelerate quickly from a crusing speed it dies down and kind of surges befor it pics up and then its fine untill i come of the gas and do it again
its fearly stock apart from vl throttle body relocated afm exhaust and it is running 10 psi from a bleader tap

the timeing is set to 15 deg new spark plug ignition leads fuel filter

if any one has any advice i would appreciata your comment

Check the ecu plugs or afm plug. Just wiggle it around while driving and see if it helps. Might need a clean or just to be pushed in harder.

could be the tps ... are u using the std e15 one? disconnect it and run it and see how it goes, reckon that will be the problem.
