damn, i might have some bad news......

the recent events that has happened:

- my car is blowing white smoke (not blue)

- my excess coolant bottle (next to the battery) for some strange reason went full and started spitting out coolant all over the engine bay (note: car was not over heating at this stage)

- now the engine is starting to struggle to maintain idle and feels more lumpy.

what does this all mean????

Why would you want a decomp HG for?

jeebus how high u wanna go? i wanna run 20psi and im keeping stock cr :P

the headgasket pops for a reason, poor surfaces, piss poor tune. if its blown u need to look for teh problem not just get an indestructable gasket (it just means next time it wont be the gasket)

hmmm... good point there panda :D

checked out the spark plugs.

plug 1# - very oily / wet? not too sure but it's excessive
plug 2# - pretty dry
plug 3# - pretty dry
plug 4# - pretty dry

*puffing white vapour/smoke from exhaust.

*idle is very lumpy, and with the removal of plug 1 does nothing to the idle. removal of any of the other plug will result in the car cutting out.

*i believe i've lost compression to piston 1.

*do you guy's think it's gasket or have i done the piston in?

*as i said before, pure white smoke (very misty like, and vapourise quickly)

cheers

Let me guess....
Youve fitted the M/tech and gone out and fanged its arse off on elevated boost without having it tuned and you have no 'cooler...is that right?

Id say you got exactly what you asked for sport.

the mistake that i made was that i run the same amount of boost i did when i had the factory computer on.

i think that the knock senor would have been kickin' overtime.

lesson learnt the hard way peeps.

I was running 12psi.
Everything felt fine when i was the only one in the car.

Problem occured when i had a full load going up a hill.

funny enough i've pulled the bleed valve off.

planing to go back to stock boost until i can get it tuned.

There goes buying the body kit..... :?
