Rear crash bar....

Post by WXTBIX »

Can any one help...i am currently fixing panels etc before a respray. my rear bar is off and then i took off the black bumper to reveal a pretty smashed in 'crash bar'. The question is, can i fit any parts (panel, ie. quarters, doors, bumpers) off any n12 car, N/A included?

Any help would be great or even better panels, im in geelong

Cheers

I presume you have an exa??? maybe...

Different cars have different measurements and ways of fastening bits. Some parts may be interchangable, but others not.

The bar under the rear bumper is very weak... I wouldnt call it a 'crash bar'. All it realy does is help hold the shape of the plastic bumper.

thanks guys, this 'quick' respray is going to turn into a long long process!

Does anyone know of the rough power outputs from a 1.7lt job with my mods?
