Can Anyone In Melb Help With A Valve Stem Seal Replacement

Hi Guy's,
Just wondering if anyone in Melb could help me out with changing the valve stem seals in my car with the head still left on it. My car tends to blue out blue smoke when I first start it and after idleing at the lights for 30secs or so. I know it can be done with the head still intact (say's so in one of the completed articles), so if anyone would like to help me out on a weekend it would be greatly appreciated. Nevermind guy's, I worked it out. Changed them all over the weekend, found 3 really shagged ones on the exhaust side of cylinder 2, 3 & 4. No more smoke at start-up and take off after idleing for a while

Tricky little excerise, but it can definatley be done. Thanks anyway.
