That is a cool find/fit. Looks really good. HOWEVER, and no offence at all here to the OP, but im going to rain on the parade. There is a fundamental flaw in the fitting which IMHO renders that rear brace as close to eye candy/bling as using a bit of tie-wire. The idea of any strut bracing is to pre...

Somebody fitted that 15M head as an exchange at some stage in the E13's life. Would have been a good chageover if the compression was kept up. I dont have any data on the E13 heads. They are very rare in Oz. I have only ever seen one. The head will drop straight on but I have no idea on combustion c...

In the short term, just slot the starter motor mounting holes to slide the starter a mm or 2 towards the engine. Check that the ringear is pressed hard back and evenly against the flywheel flange. If not your wasting your time with any workarounds. Secondly, check the sliding intermediate gear in th...

Block the water galleries off on the inlet. Not needed at all. You would have done better to ditch the Solexes off for either a pair of 45mm SU's or a set of 2, or even 4 motorcycle CD carbs off something like a Gixxer1100 or even a pair of CD carbs off something like a KLR650 or the like. Set it up...

Im willing to bet they are a Bosch 036 or equivalent. Thats an extremely good price if they are BRAND NEW. Let us know what they are when you get them. Im using 036's now and they deliver plenty enough fuel for my (estimated) 140kw. Im pretty fussy tho, well........ EXTREMELY fussy actually.... come...

Drifting vidz.... baaahahahahaha Just some further electronic tweaking really. I upped the boost in 2nd gear from 12 to 14 psi. The tyres generate such good grip. It struggles to hang on now!!! Traction control will take care of things. The clutch is struggling to hold 16psi in 4th tho. Having said ...

Did some more research on the engine setup. I like the interesting twist on the old energy recovery turbine thingy. Its a variation/expansion on a pretty old concept. From memory, it made its mark in aircraft. Volvo trucks recently used a second energy recovery turbine after the primary turbo and th...

I think that three points here are mutually exclusive. FIA Keeping costs down Keeping racing exciting. They fail spectacularly at the last 2! I like/love the technology. Especially when its in a Prius or a Camry saving fuel. I just cant stand force feeding energy saving technology into an F1 race ca...
