kid nismo - I like the idea.... If all else fails today, I'll go about it your way. Damo - You can over tighten the bolts? Well, the Pulsar does not use a pilot bush/bearing. Worse case is that you cant get the box to bolt right up onto the dowels if its not aligned well enough. You just have to be persistent to get the input shaft splines to engage into the clutch plate. Making certain that the gearbox is well aligned...

Gearbox Reverse Shaft Spacer
Hi Guy's, Just want to confirm that this spacer/washer just fits over the shaft like this.
