kid nismo - I like the idea.... If all else fails today, I'll go about it your way. Damo - You can over tighten the bolts? Fuk, I try and tighten every bolt I get my hands on as hard as I can (same as eveyone on here I would imagine). I never measure torque settings...... You saying this may damage ...

Well, the Pulsar does not use a pilot bush/bearing. Worse case is that you cant get the box to bolt right up onto the dowels if its not aligned well enough. You just have to be persistent to get the input shaft splines to engage into the clutch plate. Making certain that the gearbox is well aligned...

Be more specific?

I aligned the clutch the best I could using my sight and feeling my way through it.

Is there a better way to do it?

I can't seem to get the gearbox shaft into the clutch.

Nevermind, just realised there is a mating shaft hole in the casing that will prevent this spacer from falling out....

What its spacing is still a bit of a mystery to me.

Gearbox Reverse Shaft Spacer

Hi Guy's, Just want to confirm that this spacer/washer just fits over the shaft like this. Reason is because looking at it, it looks like it can simply fall off in the gearbox, there's nothing stopping it falling off. http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m130/SashET/119-1926_IMG.jpg BTW, the pic is no...

Fuk E, that sounds like a fuk load of wiring....

Why does this ECU require 50+ connections???

For 50+ connections, you should be able to fly the fucking thing...... not drive it.

Hang in there tho, sounds like your doing it the right way!!!

See how many volts your getting at the alternator.

Should be well and truely over 12 - 13volts, if not 14 volts.

I have a fairly lengthy word doc from pm's between me and tassuperkart when I was wiring in my MT8. It will explain every wire and where it needs to be connected. You should be able to work it all out using this. PM me with your email address and I'll email it to you. Be prepared to read a fair bit ...
