My gearbox had extra damage given to it from that bar not being their cause AllJap took it off as well as many other parts they lost and replaced with crap! Exa's have the...

UPDATE; Well, some much needed work on the car was done over the last couple of weeks in dribs and drabs. I finally got the front springs replaced (after some mishaps with the top strut cover). The car sits much better at the front now. I also changed the clutch, flywheel and gearbox input shaft sea...

My rear engine mount seems too tight.

Would a seized engine mount cause any issues? I doubt it but I'll ask anyway.

The EXA engine mounts seem like a good idea tho. Anyone got any? Front and rear.

Hey all, Just want to see if all of you can rock your engine back and forth at all. I've just put my rear engine mount back in after doing a gearbox and I tell you, I cannot move the fuking thing backwards 10mm. Forwards is not a problem, I can rock that easily but backwards (towards the firewall) i...

I know m8, you should see the springs I pulled out of it when I first got it. At least three coils cut off. The fuking thing was bottoming out on every corner. Fucking scary driving it like that. Every corner felt like the suspension was gonna fall out. Won't be going back to that. Stock is kewl for...

Thanks m8, its getting cleaner.

Now that the car is sitting on stock shockers and springs, its all starting to get there. Although another inch off the front would look better.... lol

You want the clutch cable/fork loose when your foot is off the clutch. You don't want any preload on the clutch because: - It will wear our your thrust bearing. - Under big power/peak torque it will slip your clutch prematurely wearing it out - It will overheat because of above, making the problem ...
