Sorted guys. The wastegate flap was touching the inside of the dump pipe. There was enough play in the placement of the dump to cause the flap to become jammed when bleeding exhaust off. These are what I can see above the passenger side kick panel, is it what you are looking for. If it is, I will try and take something closer or note down the wiring I see. If it isn't I will have another look.
