covering it with vinyl will take you quite some time as its a fairly fiddly job, either paint it & have a spare dash on hand to swap the turbo lense back into it once your able to drive a turbo car

Stock manifold, T28 from a late s14 (ball bearing) to s15 will be fine, will have plenty down low & also pull through the rev range, Run a good 14psi ish, usable power & enjoy the torque steer.

Just get something cheap like an RPM which is the PBR brand, in the HD, then maybe try & get a 2nd hand flywheel that's ready to be machined & has a good ring gear on it, & your set, I paid about $200 for my hd rpm clutch years ago & it was brand new

Brace it at the rear engine mount, then ad in a flex join, the flex join will let the engine move whist the rear section of the exhaust just chills..Pretty simple really

I clearly said, machine the spare flywheel you have, so when the box comes out, there's no waiting around for it to be machined.

Have fun with a clutch that feels like shit,& the uneven wear

Also check your exhaust manifold studs (from the head) & make sure their straight..I've seen a few cases where no exhaust flex joint has been used & the studs have either broken & or bent in the exhaust housing of the turbo or the studs in the head have slightly bent

If your clutch is slipping then its a good thing your going to replace it, If I were you, Id take the spare flywheel into who ever machines flywheels & get them to machine it, then theres no waiting around for the flywheel to be machined..As for the torque specs & loctiting the bolts, you ca...
