i have the strong feeling that what you see moving is not the spring but the valve plate.here's a link to make your life a little easier:http://www.alltrac.net/mods/baileymod.htm

if bailey gives different spring rates as forge does according how much boost you are running then i advice checking it.if not then either your boost is low for your bov spring or maybe needs some good cleaning as dirt will make it stuck and not working/opening correctly.

either 10 or 10.5:1 are too rich for a forced induction engine.a 12 or 12.5:1 would be good enough in order to be safe.too much rich mixtures choke the engine resulting in excessive unnecessary fuel consumption and contaminating oil as some mixture passes through piston rings down at crankshaft area...

welcome grunertee.hmmmm just an idea but 700rpm idle seems to me too low.raise it at 800 and see what vacuum your engine will have then.cheers.

micksetn12 you are right mate.as far as i see at haynes manual when aligning timing marks the knock pin at E13 faces down when at E15/16 engines faces up.cheers.

P.S. when i find some time i will compare E13 one with ET to see if there is any difference but i doubt i will find one except timing mark.

NA camshaft sprocket and ignition timing.

as far as i read and khow all E15 and E16 engines are using the same camshaft and at ET engines it gets 2 degrees of retard through sprocket,am i correct? if i am has anybody used NA sprocket on ET and if he did did he see any noticeable or worthy gain? (that idea crossed my mind) because at first i...

At SR20DET GTi-R engine quad throttle bodies were used not for performance mainly but for quick engine response.a friend used them on his NA SR16VE engine but the result was LESS bhp than from stock intake manifold, keep that in mind.
