WD40 or CRC and careful tapping with a hammer will do it. The best penetrating fluid by far is Inox.

Without the washers you may get a bit of drag when tensioning as the bolt will be rubbing directly on the head. That might cause slightly uneven tensions.

I recently measured mine and there was 8mm clearance so they definately won't bottom out. Definately use washers on all of them.

I didn't know enough about ignition at the time and was struggling trying to decide how to hook it up. I could probably do it fairly easily now but I bought another brand of ECU.
It's version 2.2.

Ash. I expect it had been a pet before it was released. I had them when I was a kid and they needed a bit of taming when they were wild. I only kept each one for a couple of weeks because I wasn't sure if they'd survive.

They take almost nothing off when they face the head. It won't have much effect. Your o-rings might protrude an extra thou. No biggy.

You don't need the boost sensor unless you are going to use a factory boost guage. An aftermarket boost guage will work from a vacuum source.

If you want to go with o-rings you can do the head instead of the block. Cheaper and easier for the same effect.

Does the dash have to be removed to take out the part with the 2 lines that stick through the firewall?
