all i can really say is....... all to there own ideas. its ur car, ur money n if u wana take sum1s advide dats all n good but its up to u wat u wana do. but do find a good mechanic dat aint gona rip ur balls off to do the job please. .....my other 2 cents worth. :)

i reckon its good for a st car. close to the specs im gona use for myn wen the neccesary cash cums my way.

my 2 cents worth is beta buid up the bottom end ie e16 crank 60 thou forgies to giv close to 1.7l of capacity. in the case of the turbo, go get a gt28-pull it apart have the ball bearings nitrated n possibly hav the blades upgraded to sumfin larger say t3 or t4 possibly...then put it bak 2gether con...
