If u intercool it and have a t25, 12 is fairly safe. Just make sure ur fuel pump

I'm not running a tps at all as mines giving me opposite readings(99% at idle and 0% with throttle), and I was told it's tuned without a tps.

Havnt got a gauge but I got plenty of fuel coming out the return line. Started it last night and it ran on 3 cylinders and just wouldn't rev, or idle. I tried Kunming the return line off the reg to test it and it Was the same so don't think it's the reg, but hey, I may be wrong, need a gauge to know...

ok so, i am about to give up on this thing. its getting fuel, its getting spark, but only cyl 4 is firing...may have to do a compression test, but i highly doubt the motor is stuffed...
im back to apprenticeship wages now so may have to save a bit and send it to rick.....

yes afm relocation should be first on ur list, along with decent exhaust (turbo back), remove overboost valve, and a tune
as for safe boost, seeing as it rebuilt should be ok with about 13-14 psi...before inectors start maxing out.
