ive just take out my spark plugs for inspection and found white deposits on the tip of the spark plugs. What does it mean and how do i fix it?

Hey I have a problem with my et, it blows abit of white smoke out the exhaust. Dosent smoke while its idiling and when your accelerating, but it does it when i decelerate. I think its turbo related because when i take the pipe off from turbo to cooler there is some oil in there. Ive had the rings do...

got a few mods t25, top mount cooler, exhaust ect... has only been occuring recently, i've never had problems with it till about 2 months ago when it started to play up....

Car feels sluggish under 3k rpm but goes real good after that. Ive changed just about everything fuel filter, afm, plugs, leads, ecu ive even tried crc on the ecu plugs but nothing...what could it be and how do i fix it?

and if the rings are worn what would it show on the comp tester?

I just wanted to know what the syptons are of worn piston rings as my car is using a fair bit of oil and wanted to know if its the rings.

Ive got a missfire at idle that i cant get rid of, i've tried wriggling the ecu leads but didnt work?

What could be causing this??

I have a power problem with the et... the car jerks/hesitates slightly between 2-4k rpm but then goes good after that, the car idles fine ( 800-900rpm) and boost gauge reads in between 18-10 on vac. I have changed the spark plugs, ecu, leads, afm...but its still doing it.... What could it be and how...

so i should block it up then?
