Has anyone done flow testing on the standard inlet and exhaust manifolds and compared them aftermarket manifolds to see just what difference/gain there is? Would be interested to know just how much benefit there is...

You might want to have a look at the Jaycar kits. There is a kit that allows you to do just what you want.
