Looks like Email Notifications aren't working (common issue, bleh) - didn't realise there was a response until I thought to check back. Anyway. More than happen to hand over the site hosting to anyone who wants to take it. Shoot me an email at tma at moto-coda.org and we can talk through the detail...

G'day mate. I'm still very active here. I know a lot of my friends and people I know, myself included quite regularly check back on this site on old posts for information. I'm sure you could check the website activity and visits quite easily. I myself am a tech, to be completely honest if you ever f...

Retain Cold Idle Post Log-Removal.

Hi everyone, here is a method of retaining cold idle after removing the log that myself, and others have used that is neat & tidy. To start with, the log contains 2 air regulators. One is the ICV (Idle Control Valve) with the 3 adjustment screws and the other being the small black Cold Air Regul...

Oh I see -- I did a quick google, hard to find info on that specific engine. I would be looking at the head, and block to see if there are much differences between the two. I have not seen much besides the E15s/E15ET engines so I cannot comment on what is exchangeable, but at a guess I would say pro...

Do you mean E15s? If so you can use the head, block, alternator. Most things like the manifolds, dizzy, FPR etc are unusable as they differ to the turbo version. If you want to use the block you will need to tap an oil line for the turbo, same as if you have a watercooled turbo, you will need to T i...

So much more has been going on... I really should be updating this thread but I get lazy and end up with a large backlog of pics haha. The new 2.5" catback zorst sounds great, stopped many annoying rattles. I had to send it straight back to the shop as I couldn't get into 2nd gear!!! The guys i...

The big 'fat' thing on the dump is the O2 sensor, only seen on post-86 ET's. It's a narrowband and is, for all intensive purposes, useless. It just alters fueling when cruising at high speeds and not WOT. The thin sensor is for the additional fan as has been pointed out. The O2 sensor is not in the ...

Hi Just got me interested in the overboost valve questions (which has been on my mind for some time), and made me search (and read) the hell of of this forum. Thanks for making me spend my afternoon in here ;) I found this thread, where some guy talks about a valve from a Terano 2: http://forum.n12...

Overboost valve query

Hey guys, A long while back as I was browsing thru either this forum, the yahoo archives or nissanexa forums, I came across a post that mentioned somewhere that either an old Nissan Pathfinder or Patrol uses an overboost valve with the same thread size as the N12 one on the intake mani. From memory ...

A lot of stuff has been going on behind the scenes. I have a lot of pics to get around to uploading as well as some mod/build/fix logs. Gone are the days where owning the N12 N/A was a blissful experience, as those little NA engines never had bloody issues!!! ET's on the other hand... boy oh boy!! A...
