More pics for you all, there is a lot of screws in that box - somewhere near 160 I think, all I know is I have a nice blister that has popped on my middle finger. http://photos-g.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-sf2p/v257/38/38/646115831/n646115831_980262_992.jpg http://photos-h.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-s...

Not quite an ET but the Exa is going.

Sub box is almost complete now, just got something like another 60 odd screws to put into the box, plus silicone to seal it up.

That's awesome - I always wanted to know what that was for.

All I have to do now is hook up a relay and a low current switch in the cabin.

Just uses the factory boot release cable mounted on the push pull lever for the petrol flap release, I would like a solenoid at some stage but this works fine. As for the boot lock removal, that's simple. There is some aluminium mesh available at Autobarn, and I also picked up some metal mend (metal...

Autometer provides a bracket for flush mounting but I didn't use it in this case as the hole cut was a tight fit, in went it but it doesn't come out very well, it needs a gentle persuasion to come out.

Hey that's awesome that they helped you out, and how bad is it that no one else does anything but stares these days. I ran out of petrol in the city, 100 meters from a fuel station with 4:30pm traffic and no one offered to lend a hand. No I now have alot more respect for them as compared to a few ye...

Well I have been thinking more about this today, And I would have to say it would make an awesome drag car, not a daily. If I were to go about this seriously, I think a US N12 Pulsar NX shell would be the go, as the brake booster wouldn't foul anything. However being a non road going vehicle, it has...

A T piece for the boost gauge is perfectly fine, but you are right the BOV does need it's own line from the plenum as it needs all the vacuum it can get to open the valve.

Rockey, you can take a gander at my set up if you like, just send me a PM.
