48mm is too big for our little suckers...I have a 38mm but with a custom 4 branch mainfold. The sounds is super and response is an absolute charm. Haveing said that my motor is quite modified so might be different compared to the setup you have. Unfortunetly the manifold i have has the wastegate bet...

What photoglossy said, i did one on mine. execpt i use and old socket to out over the the sleeve and placed the old sleeve over it as wheel. then just hammered it inot place. greased it up and back in just they same way you took it out.
