Vac pipe

Hi
Just bought an 1983 N12 E15et
I have found a vac pipe that that comes from the inlet manifold ( next to the brake servo pipe )
It is a length to reach the dizzy , and is blanked off with a very rusty screw driver. Any ideas on where it’s destination really should be ? Many thanks .

Do you mean E15s? If so you can use the head, block, alternator. Most things like the manifolds, dizzy, FPR etc are unusable as they differ to the turbo version. If you want to use the block you will need to tap an oil line for the turbo, same as if you have a watercooled ...
