All due respect and no offence dude but its not really the clutch type that kills the boxes. Its usually how the clutch is used. Organics dont much like really high rpm launches and will burn up and glaze if really hit hard. Buttons dont like slipping ...

... in 2nd gear from 12 to 14 psi. The tyres generate such good grip. It struggles to hang on now!!! Traction control will take care of things. The clutch is struggling to hold 16psi in 4th tho. Having said that, the clutch faces were pretty rough with some pronounced grooves from the brass button ...

Id rule out the E15et clutch. At 200mm its pretty small. Big money for something suitable in a such a small single plate.

Your best bet is to stick with the transmission that the CA bolts to. Everything bolts up, stays nice and stock and there is a world of aftermarket for CA's.

A previous owner must have caused that wear and tear on the old flywheel. I did replace the clutch ...

Gearbox Removal

... Swing the Starter motor out of your way. Underneath the distributor, there are two 12mm bolts, remove them. You will also need to loosen the clutch adjuster and remove it from the fork the cable sits on. Now slide under the car. You will see Two gear linkage shafts connected from the gear ...

... no hesitations. The engine spins very freely and happily up to higher revs and makes meaningful power at modest boost, but the 6 segment brass clutch is fairly unforgiving. A little more unforgiving that i would expect from what is close to a full-face brass clutch. It has a nice and easy takeup ...
