there is a reed switch in the speedo cluster that generates a speed signal You can screw a speed sensor into the speedo drive. It looks like it should take a generic digital sensor. I know a 7MGTE one should fit. Damo interesting to know, may try this to get my digi dash to work have a look at a mag...

no worrys i can scan them in now just need to find the time lol What would be nice is some better pictures (Scans) of the wiring diagrams, they are a bit rough in the PDF had a look and noticed there actually different to the full manual so ill scan in the other ones and merge them together as there...

sweet ill probably just get it running sweet then tidy it up abit then take it through is this the place in lonsdale were u go to get an id cheak ? yeh you can take it to the lonsdale one they do both defect clears and id checks there, mate had his vr4 done there. Only problem with the lonsdale one...

in sa you can go any rim size so long as you keep the same rolling diameter as stock and not exceed track by 25mm.. having said that its the least of your worrys if you get done lol as blueexa said youll just need an id check, its not the same regency as the defect one... so long as the car looks cl...
